/PRZWT/ Currently, the HVAC industry is facing challenges and is moving forward under pressure. The market competition is shifting from "competition for new growth" to "competition over existing resources". Despite the tough environment, with the advancement of policies and technological trends, it still opens up opportunities for well-prepared enterprises.

On February 3rd, "Central Air Conditioning Market" released the 2025 industry analysis data. The overall scale contracted by 18.2% year-on-year, experiencing a consecutive decline for two years. However, the downturn in the traditional market does not mean the decline of the entire engineering market. In specialized markets such as computing infrastructure and precision manufacturing, there are promising development spaces.

Especially in the high-tech sub-sectors that represent future trends, the structural growth opportunities are becoming increasingly clear. Among them, Haier has performed the most outstandingly, leading the way against the backdrop of an industry downturn.

The centrifuge is hailed as the "gem on the crown" in the field of central air conditioning. Its technical complexity and energy efficiency requirements are quite high, and it has become a crucial battlefield for evaluating a brand's strength. In 2025, although the overall centrifuge market declined by 17.2% along with the general trend, the breakthroughs made by domestic brands in the high-end sector became a bright spot, achieving (counter-trend growth).

The data shows that Haier holds the top position with a share of over 30%, marking a dividing line in the industry. Among them, magnetic and air suspension technologies have become the core competitiveness support of Haier. In the magnetic suspension centrifuge market segment, Haier's share exceeds 45% and holds an absolute dominant advantage. Since October 2025, the first national standard for oil-free suspension air conditioning technology led by Haier has also been implemented, which will lead other brands to quickly open up new market spaces.

If high-end centrifuges are the cornerstone of "stability and efficiency", then AI multi-split air conditioners represent the future of the industry's "intelligence and flexibility". In 2025, the overall multi-split air conditioner market declined by 18.7%, but the AI multi-split air conditioner sub-segment demonstrated strong growth potential and strategic value.

On this path that determines the future, Haier firmly holds the top position in the industry with a 23.7% share, establishing a clear leading edge. In July 2025, Haier was the first to upgrade all Max product series to AI multi-split systems, equipped with its own independently developed AI chips. This not only enables precise temperature control, zone management and remote operation, but also ensures data security.

Looking at the industry as a whole, the persistent downturn in the central air conditioning market in 2025 represents a harsh industry cleansing process and a clear revaluation of values. It ruthlessly reveals that enterprises relying on traditional approaches and price competition will not be able to survive, while those that have continuously invested in core technologies and are adept at converting technologies into scenario-based solutions will be able to withstand cyclical fluctuations and even lead the industry towards new prosperity. The spring of the HVAC industry will undoubtedly belong to the value creators.
