This product has overcome the problem that traditional color steel plate purification boards are easily corroded during disinfection and filled the gaps in related domestic technical fields. At present, this product has been widely used in decoration projects with high environmental cleanliness and disinfection tolerance requirements in biopharmaceuticals, laboratories, etc., which has attracted great attention from the industry.
In the decoration of biomedical, laboratory and other environments, the purification board, as the core envelope material, needs to frequently withstand high-intensity disinfection processes such as VHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) disinfection and hydrogen peroxide spray disinfection. However, due to the material characteristics of the traditional color steel plate purification board, after repeated contact with disinfectants, it is prone to problems such as coating peeling and plate rust. Data show that after about 100 times of VHP disinfection, the traditional purification board may show obvious signs of corrosion, which not only reduces the purification effect, but also greatly increases the operation and maintenance costs of the enterprise.
Previously, some high-demand projects had to rely on imported materials, but imported materials were not only expensive, but also the supply chain was unstable.
This time, the joint R & D team of Shanghai Pulong Industrial and Shanghai Dream Space Culture Technology launched a technical research on the defects of traditional materials. By optimizing the formula of the plate substrate and innovating the surface coating process, the new product not only retains the original core functions of dust-proof, antibacterial and easy cleaning of the purification board, but also can withstand the long-term effects of mainstream disinfection methods such as VHP disinfection and hydrogen peroxide disinfection.
After third-party testing, the purification plate still maintains good resistance after 6000 hours in the 30% hydrogen peroxide buckle cup experiment, and its corrosion resistance has reached the leading domestic level. Its service life is more than 3 times longer than that of the traditional color steel plate purification plate.
According to the person in charge of the R & D team, the "VHP-resistant disinfection and hydrogen peroxide-resistant purification board" has passed the performance test of relevant national authorities, and all indicators meet the strict requirements of GMP (Drug Production Quality Management Specification) for biomedical workshops. It also meets the standards in terms of environmental protection and fire rating. With the advantages of "high tolerance" and "high cost performance", the product quickly gained market recognition once it was launched. For example, Hainan Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Experimental Animal Public Service Platform Project chose this purification board.
The total construction area of the project is 17102.44 square meters, and the interior decoration is all made of this product. After the project was put into use, the feedback was good, which effectively ensured the cleanliness and safety of the experimental animal environment.
