Li Bin, the deputy general manager of China Mobile Internet Company, said in his sharing: "AI makes communication omnipotent, and communication also makes AI ubiquitous." Lingxi Intelligent Agent promotes the transformation and upgrading of basic communication services to digital and intelligent services by empowering core communication scenarios such as calls, messages, and cloud services, while enabling AI to reach a wider audience through high-frequency communication entry points."
In specific practice, the Lingxi agent has given rise to three major innovative achievements:

It has also launched an AI emotional companionship call product for all age groups, offering services such as emotional healing for young people, workplace stress relief for office workers, and emotional protection for children for the elderly. Relying on fuzzy search (with an accuracy rate of over 90%) and the creation of a personal knowledge base for a personal secretary, the mobile cloud disk has reached 20 million AI users. The video played on the spot demonstrated China Mobile Internet's practice of helping hearing-impaired people achieve clear and smooth communication by building a speech recognition model. Li Bin disclosed that the original intention of the project was to solve the communication problems of nearly 30 million hearing-impaired people in China. "We conducted in-depth visits to hearing-impaired volunteers, developed a 'dedicated speech recognition model', and used AI to help them 'be seen and heard' and integrate into social life," to assist the disabled community in equally enjoying the dividends of technology.
China Mobile Internet stated that in the future, it will continue to open up ecological cooperation, invite more partners to jointly expand the AI communication ecosystem, explore the infinite possibilities of "AI+ communication", and enable the achievements of digital intelligence to benefit a wider range of people.
