/PRZWT/ Recently, the Anluo Expressway Jingwu Yellow River Bridge, with a total length of 15.223 kilometers, was completed and opened to traffic. It has become the longest highway bridge on the Yellow River at present, marking a crucial step in the construction of the transportation network spanning north and south in the Central Plains region. As a participant in the project, the subsidiary of Foshan Lighting, Foshan Fozhao Zhicheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhicheng Technology"), leveraging its professional capabilities in intelligent transportation lighting, provided an overall solution covering nearly 10,000 sets of lamps and intelligent control equipment, creating a safe, energy-efficient, and intelligent lighting environment for the bridge.
The An Luo Expressway Jing Wu Yellow River Bridge is an important control project of the national expressway network, which connects Beijing and Wuhan. The main bridge of the bridge is a double-tower double-suspension composite beam cable-stayed bridge. It is 1,010 meters long, with a main span of 520 meters, a bridge deck width of 51.5 meters, and a main tower height of 182 meters. Moreover, as the bridge passes through the provincial nature reserve of Yellow River Wetland, the requirements for ecological protection and landscape are extremely high, and special requirements have also been set for the lighting system.
Facing the complex environment along the Yellow River, which is characterized by high humidity, strong winds and large temperature differences, Zhicheng Technology, with the core concept of "perception and interconnection, on-demand lighting", customized an exclusive smart lighting solution for this project. The lamps adopt optical tempered glass lens modules, which effectively prevent glare and are resistant to aging, ensuring the safety of vehicle travel on the wide bridge; the internal wiring of the poles uses IP67 gold-plated waterproof connectors, enhancing the stability of electrical connections, while also taking into account wind resistance and durability. The design of the lamp arms ingeniously incorporates the shape elements of the Shang Dynasty bronze wine vessel "Jue", echoing the main tower's design concept, symbolizing "respecting the Yellow River and presenting to the Central Plains", allowing the light of technology to shine together with the thousand-year-old civilization on the Yellow River.
In this project, Zhicheng Technology deployed a total of 1,300 sets of smart light poles, 1,500 sets of intelligent control devices and nearly 10,000 sets of LED lighting fixtures. All the lighting equipment were uniformly connected to the smart lighting management platform, which supports remote control and real-time monitoring. The operation center can flexibly adjust the lighting mode according to weather, holidays and other circumstances, effectively reducing the frequency of manual inspections and lowering long-term operating costs. This platform also integrates the bridge monitoring system, forming an integrated intelligent light control system of "sensing - connection - control", further improving the efficiency of emergency response.
While ensuring functional lighting, the project arranges wall wash lights and spotlights at key locations such as the bridge head, the bottom edge of the railings, and the main tower's stay cables. By combining programmable LED lights with intelligent dimming technology, it enables the color of the light to change freely, creating a unique nighttime image for the bridge. At night, the bridge resembles a dazzling ribbon of light, adding a blend of technology and aesthetics to the skyline of the Yellow River.
Nowadays, this brand-new "dragon" spans both banks of the Yellow River, opening up a longitudinal passage between the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and the Baogang Expressway, and will further promote the coordinated development of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Middle-Downstream Urban Agglomeration.
