In 2021, China Mobile put forward a new concept of "computing power network" with originality. In the past two years, it has completed the set goal of computing network 1.0 and fully launched the phase of computing network 2.0. It has joined forces with all parties in the industry to promote the "computing power network" from a conceptual prototype to industrial practice, build a super-large-scale intelligent computing center, build a high-speed computing network, build a new generation of data networking, and independently develop the four basic capabilities of computing network brain. Hashrate - Empowering a large model with large computing power to build "N + X" large-scale intelligent computing infrastructure. China Mobile has built a number of 10,000-calorie and kcal-level intelligent computing clusters, with mobile cloud as the computing leader, empowering 100,000 + customer digital intelligence transformation, and putting into operation a super-large-scale single liquid-cooled intelligent computing center in Hohhot, which was selected as one of the top ten super projects of central enterprises.
Computing Network - Building a foundation of light to smooth the aorta and build a high-speed computing network. In March this year, China Mobile completed the commercial use of the world's first 400G all-optical network link, built the world's leading SRv6 bearer network, fully connected the eight computing power hub nodes, and built 1-5-20 ms three-level delay circle.
Arithmetic - with activating the value of data elements as the core, innovatively building the Data Network (DSSN). China Mobile has comprehensively built a data circulation infrastructure, provided one-stop application, opened the exclusive computing power network function of data circulation, and has penetrating full-process certificate supervision. It supports billion-level daily transaction orders and landed in the National Data Elements Comprehensive Pilot Zone, China Digital Valley.
Computing brain - integrated scheduling with AI + empower, innovatively building a computer network brain. Relying on the self-developed nine-day model, China Mobile has realized intelligent scheduling, unified scheduling of diverse computing power, intelligence, super, and volume, breaking through 100 million daily scheduling capabilities; supporting full coverage of computing power, network, task, and application awareness, landing AI interactive intelligent services, and "data express" task-based services, building a benchmark for the Yangtze River Delta hub computing power scheduling platform, and helping the "East Digital and West Computing" project to land.
