On December 3rd, Tencent Cloud and Ruitai Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruitai Technology") reached a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will carry out all-round cooperation in intelligent manufacturing, cloud computing big data, digital transparent factory and other fields, and jointly create a benchmark of intelligent manufacturing.
Ruitai Technology (002066.SZ) was founded in 2001 and listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2006. It is the first A-share listed company mainly engaged in refractory materials. According to Sixlens, A national Intellectual Property Application Research base for Big Data industry, Ruitai Technology ranked first among 67 A-share listed companies in the building materials sector in terms of the number of authorized invention patents.
At present, the refractory industry has low industrial concentration and backward technology and equipment level. In order to change this situation, Ruitai Technology has set its sights on the steel industry, which accounts for more than 65% of the refractory industry consumption.
Ruitaima Steel, jointly funded by Ruitaima Technology and Maanshan Iron and Steel, has built China's first intelligent high-temperature material manufacturing production line in the true sense, created an open high-temperature material innovation center, and built a transparent factory by applying the whole system information, digital and intelligent solutions, fully reflecting the concept of intelligent manufacturing, ecological environmental protection and innovation-driven. Become the industry "four modernization transformation" (digital, intelligent, green, high-end) benchmarking.
In the current wave of digital transformation, Tencent Cloud has been committed to open and accumulated many years of cloud computing, big data, AI, security and other capabilities and industrial Internet service experience, to help the digital transformation of traditional industries.
In this cooperation, Tencent Cloud and Ruitai Technology will jointly promote intelligent manufacturing at four levels, including post, production line, workshop and factory. Through the application of cloud computing big data technology and the construction of transparent digital factory, the purpose of process optimization and product structure improvement is realized, and the digital level of manufacturing enterprises is comprehensively enhanced.

In addition, on Dec 3, Tencent Cloud also signed strategic cooperation agreements with Peima Zhike Information Technology Co LTD and Xuanma (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Development Co LTD on the Transparent Factory project. The three parties will further leverage their resources in platform, technology, market and other aspects, establish deeper business cooperation, promote the digital transparent factory in metallurgy, refractory and other related industries, and further create standardized products and establish industry standards.
