It is a great honor that Tencent has been actively involved in Xi 'an's digital development. Increased spending on new infrastructure has led to new ways of calculating. For example, the emergence of Serverless greatly reduces the development threshold, improve the efficiency of research and development. At present, Tencent Cloud small program cloud development platform registered users reached 560,000, 1.5 times more than the same period last year, the service of more than 1 million developers, daily calls more than 700 million, cloud development has become the largest Serverless development platform in China;
The integration and development of 5G, LBS, Internet of Things and other technologies also provide new possibilities for network technology, and the vehicle-road collaboration of intelligent Internet-connected vehicles has become a reality. The integration of real-time audio and video technology with different scenes has also created a new way of interaction. At the same time, with our ability to live audio and video, what used to be a second on the Internet now has latency as low as 100 milliseconds. During the pandemic, our TRTC carried 3 billion minutes of real-time interaction per day, meeting the demand for high concurrency and low latency of Tencent conferences; Network carries more and more important information, network security is also more important, the birth of new native security.
Today, Tencent Cloud (Xi 'an) Co., Ltd. will be officially unveiled. In the future, Tencent Cloud will carry out researches on big data application, artificial intelligence, Internet information technology and other aspects in Xi 'an, which will also be the ability launching center of Tencent based in Xi 'an, serving Shaanxi, radiating Northwest and One Belt and One Road. It is expected to exceed 1000 people by the end of this year, which is one of the most important cloud R&D centers of Tencent.
The new infrastructure has paved a new development path for the digital economy. On this "highway", the development direction of the industry is changing and the mode of production is upgrading.
For example, during the epidemic, we moved our work and life from offline to online. Among them, the emergence of online office platforms has changed the way many enterprises work. At present, Tencent Conference has been launched in more than 100 countries and regions, with more than 100 million registered users. During the first five months of this year, the direct provincial cost saved by Tencent conference is about 71.4 billion yuan. At the recent World Internet Conference, Tencent Conference also won the "World Internet Leading Scientific and Technological Achievements" award, becoming the first video conferencing product to win the award.
In the financial field, after more than 5 years of development, Tencent Financial Cloud has served more than 150 banks, dozens of brokerages, insurance, and more than 90% of licensed gold cancellation, and a large number of pan-financial enterprises. Paying customers more than 10,000, head benchmarking cases in the industry overall leading.
This year, we have made more breakthroughs: we helped PICC Group to build a fully distributed infrastructure with multiple places and multiple centers, and set up the banner of distributed upgrading of core business in the insurance industry; Help UnionPay build a super-large group cloud, support the group's core business cloud + fintech output; And cooperate with Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Connect to create a new generation of financial cloud in the capital industry, lower the industry innovation threshold, and accelerate the digitalization.
Not only that, in Xi 'an, we cooperated with Yanliang National Aviation High-tech Industrial Base and landed the first Tencent Cloud Industrial cloud base in Northwest China to further accelerate the process of cloud development. The platform can not only integrate core aviation enterprises, suppliers, manufacturers, technology, government affairs, financial services and other information resources, but also open up the upstream and downstream of the aviation industry to form an Internet-type leap-forward development of "data belt industry, industry belt region", so as to create a high-tech ecology of intelligent manufacturing in Xi 'an aviation.
Through this platform, local governments and enterprises can use industry insight, enterprise portrait, industrial public opinion and other industrial cloud services to achieve regional industry insight, timely industry and enterprise big data analysis, understand the development status of regional industry, assist decision-making. At present, the number of enterprises settled in Xi 'an Aviation Big Data Center has exceeded 800, including 846 certified enterprises and 808 aviation service enterprises. Several state-owned banks have joined the platform and put 31 financial products on the shelves.
In addition to the transformation of basic capabilities and production methods, the digitalization of urban infrastructure will also upgrade the way society is governed.
Recently, WeCity City of the Future was officially upgraded to version 2.0, transforming the digitalization of public services into a comprehensive digitalization of economy and society from three aspects: space, governance and service.
This year, we are honored to participate in the seventh national census project. Tencent Cloud and wechat provide core technical support such as cloud computing, big data and security, helping to realize the first digital registration of the national census. Not only do 7 million census takers communicate and collaborate through corporate wechat, but we also register 1.4 billion people through wechat mini programs.
Since the launch of the project, the small program of census collection that has been frequently used has reached 110,000 concurrent requests per second and the highest database query volume per second is 1.23 million, which has been in stable operation.
In Xi 'an, we have cooperated with the "One Size Pass for Xi 'an Citizens" and the "Tencent Ride Code" to help Xi 'an citizens travel smoothly and resume work and production during the epidemic. At present, Tencent ride code has realized the full coverage of Xi 'an subway and bus, the number of users has exceeded 10 million.
At the same time, Tencent Cloud also helped Shaanxi Province build the mobile office information platform of the General office of the provincial government -- Qin Bu Cloud, creating a digital "online government office". At present, "Qinwu Cloud" has been included in provincial government departments, units, media, prefecture-level cities more than 1,000, the total number of registered users more than 5,000.
We can see that the layout of new infrastructure has laid a solid foundation for the integration of digital technology and economic and social development, and the pace of industrial upgrading is also accelerating.
